Shipping Times
We aim to process all in-stock orders within one business day, and unless requested otherwise, all items will be dispatched via courier. Average transit times are given below.
- China (Mainland), Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore 1-2 working days
- EU/USA/Canada 3-5 working days
- Rest of World 4-6 working days
Please note that this does not take into account time taken to clear items through customs, as this varies from shipment to shipment. If any items are out of stock or require manufacturing, then we will notify you of this and can arrange a partial shipment at no extra cost to you.
